    1. Prime contract that complies with Home Improvement requirements.  
   

a. Does not contain either an arbitration or attorneys fees provision.
b. Contains arbitration but no attorneys fees provision.
c. Contains both an arbitration and attorneys fees provision.
d. Contains an attorneys fees provision but no arbitration provision.

 
    2. Commercial Prime construction contract that does not comply with Home
Improvement requirements.
 
   

a. Does not contain either an arbitration or attorneys fees provision.
b. Contains arbitration but no attorneys fees provision.
c. Contains both an arbitration and attorneys fees provision.
d. Contains an attorneys fees provision but no arbitration provision.

 
    3. Subcontract in favor of prime contractor.

    8. Job ticket - complies with Home Improvement laws.  
    9. Service & Repair contract complies with Home Improvement laws.  
       
    We also provide customized forms that have been used and favorably received. Such things as Master Agreements for Prime Contractor's and Subcontractors with Work Authorizations, etc.  
       
     
  These contracts have become very popular with our clients, as we can prepare a customized contract that includes standardized terms that we have perfected over the years along with terms that the contractor feels important to its own business.
