collect your money from the proceeds of that sale?

Preliminary Notice within twenty days of when you first furnished labor or
material, you may still be able to recover under the Mechanics' Lien and
Stop Notice laws?
- Did you know what the time limit is for when you must
file, serve, or record certain documents?
- Did you know that you can extend the time within which
you must file suit on a Mechanics' Lien? Do you know how?
- Do you believe that if you record a Mechanics' Lien, and
do nothing more, that sooner or later you will be paid by the owner?
- Do you know that you must serve or provide to the owner
as well as the tenant a Preliminary Notice within twenty days of providing
materials or labor for tenant improvements?
